Terms & Conditions

• The Renter must be at least 21 years of age.
• The Renter must hold a valid Indian driving license (LMV) issued at least 1 year prior to the booking date.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID) must be presented at pickup.
• RYDO reserves the right to refuse rental if the Renter fails to meet these criteria.

• Bookings are confirmed only after RYDO's team approves the booking request. Pending bookings do not guarantee vehicle availability.
• The rental amount displayed on the website is per 24-hour block, exclusive of fuel and any interstate permits.
• A refundable security deposit (₹3,000–₹10,000 depending on the vehicle) is collected at pickup and returned within 3–5 working days after the vehicle is returned in original condition.
• Online payments (when enabled) are processed via Razorpay. RYDO does not store your card or UPI credentials.

• Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the location specified in your booking, at the agreed date and time.
• A grace period of 30 minutes is provided. Beyond that, late-return charges of ₹200 per hour apply, plus applicable rental for additional 24-hour blocks.
• The vehicle will be handed over with a filled fuel level noted; the same level must be maintained on return, or the difference will be charged at market fuel rate + ₹100 service fee.
• A pre-rental inspection will be conducted jointly. Any pre-existing damage will be documented.

• Vehicles may only be driven by the person named in the booking. Sub-letting or unauthorised driving is strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles must not be used for commercial passenger transport (Ola/Uber), racing, off-roading (unless the vehicle is designated for it, e.g., Thar 4x4), driving training, or any illegal activity.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and transporting hazardous materials inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles must not be taken outside Telangana without prior written permission from RYDO. Interstate permits, tolls, and any state entry taxes are the Renter's responsibility.

• All traffic violations, speeding tickets, and challans during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the Renter. RYDO will forward any e-challans and charge them along with a ₹200 administrative fee.
• Tolls, parking fees, and fuel are borne by the Renter.
• Any damage to the vehicle (mechanical or cosmetic) caused during the rental will be assessed and charged against the security deposit or invoiced separately.
• In case of accidents, the Renter must notify RYDO immediately (+91 93901 20964) and file a police FIR within 24 hours. Insurance excess/deductible up to ₹15,000 will be borne by the Renter.
